People and Books
Two kinds of page the librarian compiles for you, both built from your own sources and both read against your own record.
People
A person page answers "who is this, from what I've saved." The librarian compiles a Home for each person: who they are, what they say and have done, where your record diverges from them, and open threads. Below it: every source and meeting they appear in, and the decisions and notes that mention them.
How a page comes to exist
- A name seen in two separate sources gets a page automatically, overnight.
- A name seen once waits on the Desk as a candidate. Make pages for all accepts the batch; Not a person dismisses one.
- You can create a page yourself from People, with a role, an organization, and aliases the person appears under.
- An agent can create one over MCP ("build me a page for X") and file sources about them; the librarian compiles the Home.
Meetings. Filing a meeting with attendees links each attendee, creates pages for new names, and proposes any decisions the librarian finds in the notes. Meeting sources are private by default: agents cannot read them unless you change the visibility.
What people pages are not. A contact database. There is no address book here; the point is history, what you decided with someone, what is still open, what you last discussed.
Books
A book you have read gets a page with its Home (what the book argues, in the librarian's compilation) and a timeline of your notes about it.
The mirror. Tap Mirror and the librarian reads the book section by section against your own record: your stances, Foundation, values, beliefs, quests, journal, evidence, and earlier mirrors. A second model checks the first. The result is the part of the book that is about you: the sections that hit hardest, each cited to your own records, and the questions the book puts to you. It takes several minutes and runs in the background.
Reading a book against a situation. The book page's Ask can take a lens: a situation you are in, in a sentence. The answer reads the book against that situation rather than against your whole record.
Getting a book in. + Add source → Book takes an EPUB or PDF and a title and author. Large PDFs are extracted on your device before upload so the text is exact. The book's own text stays a source; the Home and the mirror are the librarian's, and yours to correct.
Corrections
On any person or book page, and on any wiki page, a sentence that is wrong can be corrected: quote the sentence, say what is actually true, in your words. The correction is kept as a guard fact linked to the subject, the page is recompiled, and the librarian will not restate the error.
